Real Madrid and Sami Khedira agreed on his leaving if he get a contract with 8 Millions. Khedira want to leave because he's on Real Madrid's bench mostly. The player is targeted by Chelsea and Bayern Munchen, and Bayern is closer to get him; especially after Xavi Martinez was injured.
